Upholding the Word of Life
Sunday School: 9:45am Worship: 11:00am
This Week (and beyond, D. V.)
May 9, first WORK DAY for Spring!  Our first work day at the church will be Saturday May 9th, starting at 9:00 am. The deacons are planning for some spring cleaning, and could use some help spreading mulch, cleaning up the playground, and doing some yard maintenance.  Lunch will be provided!  We need able bodies and yard tools, particularly wheelbarrows and pitchforks. There will be a sign-up sheet in the foyer.  No sweat. May 31, first Pavilion Sunday!  We will be having our first Pavilion Sunday at the picnic area behind the golf and country club on Sunday, May 31, right after our worship service.  Each family brings a main dish and a side; details to follow. ‘Babies R Us!’  Ministry in the Nursery. With more babies entering the nursery more help is needed. Please show God’s love to our little ones by helping in the nursery in May and June.  Many hands make light work. Contact Ruby Dabney to sign up. Saturday at Coolidge. On Saturday, May 2, we’ll be heading downtown in the afternoon to throw the Frisbee around Coolidge Park, go box sliding at Renaissance Park, and get ice cream or froyo on the North Shore. Contact BJ.
