Men's Ministries

"A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity"  Proverbs 17:!7

Men's ministry at Signal Mountain Bible Church is all about building open, honest, accountable relationships between Christian men. We do that by encouraging men to meet together to pray and study God's Word, and to come together as the men of the church regularly for just that purpose.

The goal of this ministry is to help men sharpen and strengthen one another (Proverbs 27:17). We are called into fellowship and accountability, let us respond to that call by encouraging and building up one another (1 Thessalonians 5:11). The opportunities below will help us do that.

Men's Prayer Breakfasts: Quarterly, all the men of the church, high school age and up, meet at the church for a good breakfast, fellowship, and prayer together. Each breakfast features a topic central to men’s ministry and time for prayer. All breakfasts start at 7:30 and end at 9:00.

Our last 2 breakfasts are August 16 and November 1.  

Men’s Retreat: We had a blast at our 2008 men's retreat in April. Click here for a video review, and join us next year for another great weekend of fellowship in God's word together.

Men’s Activities: We are planning activities in July and October that will include manly things like shooting skeet and cheering on the Lookouts. Dates are yet to be determined.

Men's Sunday School Class: Currently we offer a Sunday morning class just for men.

Thursday Morning Men's Prayer: Men from SMBC meet together every Thursday morning at 7am for prayer and fellowship. Call the church office for this week's location.
